Stainless steel Hexagon

A stainless hexagon is a product of graded rolled steel, in cross-section it is an equilateral hexagon. Hexagons are made from heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant grades of steel – alloyed and structural.

Stainless hexagons have excellent operational properties:

• resistance to temperature changes;
• long-term abrasive and vibration loads;
• resistance to acidic environment and exposure to organic solutions;
• ease of welding.

Due to the presence of high strength characteristics, stainless hexagons are used in the machine-building, food, chemical, oil and gas, and construction industries of industrial production.

Steel products with a hexagonal cross-section are used for assembling agricultural and mining equipment, long and small vessels, measuring devices, and building metal structures.

Calibrated hexagon – a fastening element used for the production of cars. Hexagons with a mirror or polished surface are used for the production of furniture structures and decor.
