Copper circle, which is often called copper bar, is a very popular type of rolled copper due to its favorable operational qualities, high corrosion resistance and environmental friendliness.

The use of this type of rolled steel is widespread in industry as a blank for the manufacture of parts with a round section, as well as for use in electrical circuits.

The copper circle is marked by three signs. According to the accuracy of production, there are copper circles of high accuracy (B), increased accuracy (P) and normal accuracy (H). According to the state of the starting material, they are distinguished: semi-hard copper circle (P), solid copper circle (T), high plasticity soft copper bar (L), high plasticity semi-hard copper circle (P), high plasticity solid copper bar (U). By size, such types of copper circle are distinguished, such as irregular length (ND) and multiple measured length (KD).

The use of copper wheel is most widespread due to special physical and mechanical properties in such industries as mechanical engineering and metal processing. It lends itself well to various types of tooling such as drilling, cutting, stamping, milling and pressing. The useful characteristics of the copper circle allow it to be used in shipbuilding, aircraft construction, and car production as a semi-finished product. Various fastening parts are also made from it. Since copper is a metal that is safe for human health, it is used in the production of structures that are widely used in water and gas supply.

Good indicators of electrical conductivity of the copper circle enable its successful use in the electrical engineering and instrument-making industries; and also, due to its high thermal conductivity, in the energy industry – for the production of conductors, individual elements of current-carrying housings and structures. From copper circles, conductor materials, seamless pipes, printing stamps and various architectural elements. For all its useful qualities, the material has a very affordable price, thanks to which it is constantly expanding its circle of consumers.
