Impera Group solves the task of quality control in three ways:
1. ISO 9001 quality management system
Our company has implemented the ISO 9001 quality management system, which includes procedures developed by specialized international organizations to control and manage risks and processes related to quality management. In our day-to-day operations, we consistently adhere to the ISO system’s guidelines. Furthermore, we undergo an annual external audit to ensure compliance, as evidenced by our Certificate of Conformity.
2. Own system of management and quality control
The Impera Group company has established its own system for managing and ensuring the quality of purchased products. The process of quality assurance for goods acquired from manufacturers initiates from the moment the rolled metal is released from production. Therefore, the quality control of the products provided by our company involves several procedures and checkpoints, commencing with the selection of the supplier-manufacturer and concluding with the internal control conducted upon the products’ arrival at our warehouse.
3. Department of technical control
We subject every product to inspection in an independent laboratory accredited by NAAU, which offers a comprehensive range of high-quality services, delivered promptly and with convenient service for both the heavy and light industries.
