Making bushings from bronze: methods and materials

We at Impera Group produce bushings in two main ways:

• Centrifugal casting. In this method, a cylindrical shape is used, centrifugal forces are involved. The mold rotates at a speed of 3000 rpm, due to which the raw material settles on the walls. The spare part is smooth and strong. This method is used for the production of hollow products.
• Casting of bronze bushings in the mold. In this case, the raw material is poured into a mold (mold), where it cools naturally or forcibly. After that, the finished part is removed. The method is suitable for the production of round elements.

We manufacture bronze bushings of the following brands:

• BrA9Zh3l – aluminum foundry, resistant to corrosion in sea water;
• BrA9Zh4 – aluminum foundry, used in the aviation industry and mechanical engineering;
• BRAZHN10-4-4 – aluminum with pressure treatment, suitable for elements of chemical devices, tube boards of condensers, etc.;
• BrО5Ц5С5 – tin foundry, needed for bearing liners, fittings;
• BrО5Ц6С5 – tin foundry, used for the production of ingots, as well as as raw material for the production of the previous grade;
  BrО8С12 – tin foundry, bearings that work at high pressure are made from it;
• BrAZHMts10-3-1.5 – aluminum processed under pressure, used for the production of tube boards of condensers, elements of cryogenic equipment, etc.;
• BrО10Ф1 – tin foundry, nuts, friction fittings, etc. are made from it;
• BrA10Mts2 – tin-free foundry, used in the production of fittings, anti-friction elements.
