Bronze inserts

In IMPERA group, you can order bronze inserts – bushings cut in half. They have high thermal conductivity and resistance to wear, they are perfectly combined with chrome and steel elements. The casting method is centrifugal (using a rotating cylindrical mold).

Inserts are made to order from different grades of bronze – aluminum and tin, cast and pressure-treated (BrА9Ж3л, BrО8С12, BrО5Ц5С5, BrА10Мц2, etc.).

We work on modern equipment according to the customer’s drawings or our own design documents, we produce spare parts quickly (from 3 working days).
